Our course is led by Natalie Persaud, an experienced educator and mental health professional, and is designed to be both informative and practical. You'll leave with a toolkit of strategies that you can implement immediately in your own life and in your classroom.

Objective: To provide an overview of the current state of mental health and well-being in the education profession, and to identify areas where educators may be struggling.

Objective: To help you as an educator identify your current level of well-being and set realistic and actionable goals for improvement.

The SMART goal-setting framework
Strategies for creating a plan of action

Module 3: Plan Creation for Well-being in Education
Objective: To provide you with the tools and resources to create a plan of action for achieving your well-being goals.

Ways to create a positive and supportive classroom environment
